From E!News;

“It’s the end of an era.

Britney Spears announced Monday that she’s leaving Las Vegas. Her final performances at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will begin Sept. 3 and will end Dec. 31. “As I prepare to say goodbye to Piece of Me, I had no idea how magical this experience would be,” the 35-year-old singer told E! This tradition started a few decades ago. Elvis Presley was one of the first artists to put on a show in Vegas for quite a long time. As for recent days, we have seen people like Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Bruno Mars, or Cher. When you are visiting Las Vegas, don’t forget to check who is in town.

Top Things to do in Vegas #4. Sightseeing

Before, after, and while you are going wild in Vegas, sightseeing is one of the top things to do. The best of using Tripspin SNAP in Vegas is that you don’t have to leave the city to visit the most famous spots in the world. Walk behind the Eiffel Tower as if you were in Paris. Take a walk through the streets of Venice. Visit Egypt and Greece or get to New York City, all on the same trip. While walking the Strip, you will see a new hotspot or landmark. If all the sights are not enough, you can add a culinary experience by eating at any of the featured buffets. All of them have an international selection of food that is simply delicious.

Top Things to do in Vegas #3. Watch a Cirque du Solei Spectacle

Vegas has the most permanent Cirque du Solei spectacles you’ll ever see. You can book for a different show every time you are in town. If you have never seen one, take the opportunity to do so and you can see one of the most famous shows in the world. We can highlight O, which is an acrobatic water ballet with an impressive scenario. This is one of the most amazing spectacles in the world. You can book to other shows such as Love or Zumanity, which have been on stage for years. The Cirque du Solei has proved it is one of the best shows on earth. With so many shows in Vegas, they have set a standard, and practically all their shows  are as good. Our family’s two favorites are below.

I love trotting the globe but as a student this doesn’t come that easy. I’m always on the lookout for budget-savvy trips and tricks and TripSpin sounds quite interesting, even more so if you take into account just how much you could be saving. I’ve always wanted to visit Las Vegas, for me it’s one of the best places to go wild with your friends. Thanks for the tip, now I don’t need to find an excuse to buy tickets, that’s an insane saving!

      Hi Amy,
I am actually in Las Vegas this week on vacation with my family. I got a super deal which I talked about in my earlier Las Vegas blog. We saved so much on our hotel by using TripSpin we are seeing a couple of extra shows while we are here. We even saved a bunch on show tickets and attractions by purchasing through TripSpin as well.
Las Vegas can be very affordable, even on a student budget, if you find a great hotel deal and see many of the free sights and attractions. There are also many fantastic places to eat off the Strip where the food is great and the prices are a fraction of what you would pay on the strip.
Please enjoy your future stay and don’t hesitate to email me for any questions and stay tuned to my blog for future tips.
      Sincerely,
      Xin

I love seeing the sites in Vegas and just people watching. The free shows on the strip are some of the best ones out there. I have never been to see Brittney though and that is bucket list for me!

I’ve been to Vegas a few times, and didn’t even realise Brittney Spears was performing there – I could have taken a trip down memory lane! I stayed at the luxor hotel the last time I was there, and it’s definitely a stunning hotel. Right next door is the New York New York hotel, which is also worth checking out. My favourite thing to do in Vegas, was a casino crawl down the strip.

      Hi,
We were going to take our son to see the Britney Spears show when we are in Las Vegas this July, but she is on summer break until sometime in August. So, we are still looking for some music concert in July. One great benefit of Tripspin is that you can also use it to book discount tickets on shows. I just used it to book 4 great seats fot the Cirque du Soliel show O at the Bellagio Hotel. I saved about $100 on tickets as well.

I will have to write a blog an how Tripspin can save on entertainment and restaurants as well as hotels, airfare, rental cars and cruises.

Please email me at Xin@gotripspin.com with questions or help getting your free account.

      Sincerely,

      Xin
